Ajay Shah is the Managing Partner of Shah Capital Partners. A technology executive with over 20 years of experience, he founded and managed the Technology Solutions Business of Solectron, a $2 Billion business. Mr. Shah was the CEO of Smart Modular Technologies, a company he co-founded in 1989, led through its public offering in 1995, growth to over $1 billion in revenues, and acquisition by Solectron Corp. in 1999 for over $2 billion. In 2003, Mr. Shah formed Shah Management and in 2004 formed Shah Capital Partners. He has a B.Engineering from University of Baroda and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

Mr. Shah was elected “Entrepreneur of the Year” for Silicon Valley in 1997. He is a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum and also serves on the boards of KQED Broadcasting, San Francisco, The Indian School of Business, India and as a Trustee of the American India Foundation.

Navin Chaddha is a proven serial entrepreneur, corporate executive and venture investor. Navin was named on the Forbes Midas List as a top 100 dealmaker in 2007 and as a top 10 dealmaker in 2008. Navin was founder and CTO of VXtreme, a streaming media software company that was acquired by Microsoft and became Windows Media. Navin was also the co-founder of iBeam Broadcasting (NASDAQ IPO) and CEO of Rivio (acquired by CPA2Biz). He is one of Global Leader of Tomorrow Member of the World Economic Forum. He holds over 35 patents and has been recognized as an industry thought leader by several publications including Aspatore Books, Business 2.0, Forbes, Fortune, Upside and The Wall Street Journal.
